Lindons End
This is the journal for themadteaparty and jour's illustrated novel project, Lindons End. Posted within will be mostly character sketches and project ideas from the both of us. Feel free to watch the community if you wish to keep up with story updates.

Lindons End revolves around an orphan named Eliot Ainsworth and his adventures as a sleuth in the London of an alternate England, circa 1900. Committed entirely to hunting down the sinister personages who inhabit this London and explaining the unexplainable, Eliot more often than not finds himself in morbid and not entirely unrepulsive circumstances. Along the way, he is aided by a host of characters--drug dealers and whores, pimps and gypsies--and his rival Alistair Ravensdale, all of whom he must enlist to discover the truth behind his own past and the dark, gruesome secret which lies at the heart of England itself.

Warnings: homosexuality, drug use, gore, mentions of non-consensual sex, really gross shit.
